Conditions, deadlines and follow-up

1) Areas served & fees

Free delivery throughout Europe.

We deliver to most European countries. If you can complete your order, delivery is available to your address.

Countries not served are automatically excluded during payment.

2) Preparation & delivery times

Preparation: 24 to 48 hours (working days).

Delivery time: 8 to 12 business days depending on the destination.

The delivery times are displayed at checkout and in the confirmation email.

3) Tracking, multiple shipments & address

A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on the items.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly to correct it.

4) Track my parcel

Track your order directly from this link .

Enter your order number (e.g. #123456) and the email address used when making the purchase, or your tracking number alone.

5) Late, missing or damaged package

Delay/Missing: Check the tracking, then contact us if needed.

Damaged upon delivery:

Take 3 photos (package + legible label, inside/packaging, product).

Write to us within 48 hours at contact@bivouacamp.com
& (photos + order number).

We open a claim and, if necessary, send you a prepaid return label.

Refund upon receipt of the return package (carrier scan) for these transport-related cases.

6) Returns (right of withdrawal – 30 days)

You have 30 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (without giving any reason).

Free return: Bivouacamp covers the return costs for any cancellation made within this period.

& with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions (collection point or carrier depot).

Condition of items: unused, complete and in perfect condition, ideally in the original packaging.

Refunds and exchanges

Refund upon receipt of the returned package (scanned at the collection point/carrier), to the original payment method. A bank processing time of 3 to 10 business days may apply.

Exchange: possible depending on availability — contact us.

(Cases of "product damaged upon delivery / non-compliant" also remain subject to prepaid returns, as already stipulated.)
